John Torode seems to be at a bit of a loose end as he appears on ITV's "weekend kitchen" which is very poor - so far we have been tutored in making a burger and a Victoria sandwich cake which Mary and Delia could have done in 2 mins flat. I think the lovely Lisa asked John if he could get her back on telly and he thought if Gregg can pull in a few favours, so can I. Meanwhile, the dimpled doughboy is saving people money by cutting their food shopping bills on BBC. I think he was actually handling raw ingredients last Sunday. Bring back the rapier-like wit of mn posters & their caustic/constructive criticism.
