It's only been on 5 minutes and I'm crying already.

What a tragic case, dad in prison and mum destitute by look of it.

And now it seems there are 6 more siblings!

Goodness, what a story. I hope they find the siblings.

FoxSquadKitten · 10/06/2019 21:45

Unbelievable.

I might have something in my eye....

Borntobeamum · 11/06/2019 15:01

Aww just watched. How sad that you have to burn floorboards and skirtingboards 😓

Hepzibar · 17/06/2019 21:17

This is an interesting one.

She left her daughter to go to America 😡

FoxSquadKitten · 17/06/2019 21:26

Oh dear the second one is a sad one, she's prayed for her every day 😪

Quintella · 17/06/2019 21:55

Kayleigh seems lovely. How tough for her being deserted by her mother at such a young age. One thing for your mum to say 'motherhood just isn't for me' hurtful but you could rationalise it, but for her to leave her child to go have a family with someone else......well I'm not sure I'd be as magnanimous as Kayleigh is.

FluffandTweed · 17/06/2019 21:57

I wouldn't be impressed with the lady who decided to go to America and leave her 7 year old Hmm

FoxSquadKitten · 17/06/2019 22:05

She had the cheek to say 'My family's complete'.
Hmmm, you abandoned your little girl for your boyfriend 🤬
I hope the brother and sister have a good relationship anyway.

thefavourite · 17/06/2019 22:09

Yes there was a massive back story there that we weren't privy too - frustrating! Also, she was quite happy to accept the effusive thanks from Nicholas about how she'd done the right thing, I really couldn't understand her position. However loved Margaret, what an amazing lady!

ImTheCaddy · 17/06/2019 22:10

I thought that too. Selfish woman! So glad the siblings have each other now.

The little Irish lady was wonderful.

FluffandTweed · 17/06/2019 22:11

It appears that Cayleys nan did the parenting there

BummyKnocker · 19/06/2019 22:14

I couldn't work out what happened with the sister who was left behind aged seven and then the said Mum quite happy ok to have the whole story on TV, bizarre or what?

TVname · 19/06/2019 22:41

Cayley broke my heart, staying in the house waiting in case a brother she never knew came home. After being abandoned by her mum she must have been desperate for some family.

I don normally watch it but was at a friend's house and we were in bits!

Kinraddie · 02/07/2019 19:19

Who saw last night's episode with KT Tunstall? Very sad she didn't get to meet her dad, but her sisters seem lovely and they are all so alike. Thought she came across as a very nice person.
The other story was so sad; the mum was just a teenager and made to feel worthless. Glad they found each other .

theliverpoolone · 02/07/2019 22:31

Yes, everyone was lovely in last night's. It was so sad how the barge lady had her children taken away Sad

Hepzibar · 17/07/2019 21:32

Just catching up. Kathleen and Jean, impossible to imagine how they feel

OP posts:
Hepzibar · 17/07/2019 21:36

I love them both

"Just wanted to hold my mothers hand" . Of course you did, hand contact is so important.
