BGT "tickets" question please

I have "tickets" for my super excited Tweenies for tomorrow night. The very small print suggests they aren't actually tickets but need to be exchanged tomorrow "by 5pm" but no times can be given. Now told was much disappointment last year as some seemed to know to arrive for 9;30 AM (!) and tickets gone by 11 AM! and have all have to present themselves! Has anyone done this this year please who can advise please. The ApplauseStore people aren't helpful on this and would hate to disappoint the fans in our house.

My daughter & her friend had 'tickets' for X Factor final last year - they were at the SSE Wembley in the morning to get their actual tickets. I'm not sure what time but it was before 11am.

My friends have been before and definitely arrived too late to secure actual physical tickets so I would go earlier rather than later.

We arrived way before the actual time so that we could exchange the tickets and everyone had to be there.

Are they very strict with children? My son will be 12 next month and we have a ticket.... but i wonder if they will let him in

@Islandbabe how did it go?

Went very well (apart from he fact that general public sit in circle and you can't see judges etc! But hey it's a free screening. The kids loved it.) We got there early. Looks like the get tickets at 9:30. Was a small queue at that time. They made a big deal about wrist bands but we just took chance of swopping one as one kid could not make 9:30 and they did not even check wrist bands - just tickets. You need ID to collect tickets (kids used Zip cards). There was a very young child in morning queue and she only needed id for ticket but they let her in so looks like they have a discretion. Not many younger kids there on evening though as it's a late night. (and very loud so may be a bit much for younger kids). Enjoy the final!
