I am 5 episodes in and am confused as fuck! But it's a compelling watch!

I started tonight, on episode 3 quite enjoying it!

I think it is AWFUL! Terrible acting and script feels like one of those made for television movies. Switched off after one episode.

I agree @Fantasisa it really isn't a good show but I don't know why I can't turn it off.... I need to see how it ends.....

Just started it. Not sure so far. The looking right down the camera thing they keep doing is a bit weird but I'm hoping it has a meaning further on rather than just an odd direction choice. I think it's the music giving it that melodrama feel.

I'm 7 episodes along now and have to confess skipping some of the heavy in dialogue and zero plot scenes.

I have a theory there's going to be a twist and if so, can guess what it is, as they're heavily foreshadowing something. So mainly watching now to see if I'm right. If it is that then they've done a huge disservice to the idea and the actors.

I’m sure it is all just careering towards setting up season 2. I knew it reminded me of something - and then I realised it reminded my of the series called Revenge which was written by the same guy and stars one of the same actors.

I've watched the first episode but I'm not sure if I'll stick with it. Sean is just so irritating - too saintly to be true. I mean, rescuing children from a burning building in slow motion... I can't imagine that if I had a spare £80 million, I would want to spend it on having his over-earnest face looming over me.

I've zipped through it. There's no huge twist. One small one that I definitely guessed very early on and I don't think it's that hard to work out.

Basically it's Dynasty with the humour, glamour and fun sucked out of it. It's terrible!

Why is there so many plot lines? Why are they all about relationships? Why is everyone speaking in way that would make you crack up laughing in real life?

Another one who thinks it's so bad, it's good. Renee is always interesting to watch and it's easy on the brain.

I was hoping it'd be so bad it's good but it was just really bad for me. No redeeming qualities other then Renee Zellweger.

I think it's because whoever wrote and directed it think it's a serious dramatic piece when it should've just camped it up and owned the crapness. Maybe it was meant as a film but no-one wanted it so they stretched it out for Netflix and it got even worse.

I'm enjoying it - sure it is super trashy but its well made, and I'm fascinated with the manifestations of Renee Zellweger's many surgeries.

Is every scene with RZ in the dark/shadows with hair over half of her face :)

Agree with Dee it's so bad it's good I've watched it before going to bed for the last few nights easy watch

Oh I started this tonight. It’s exactly like a TV movie you’d watch if you were home from school in the afternoon some time circa 1990.

The dialogue is hilarious. “barely out of high school but I became a man that day”. And the episode where the gay couple bring the big bloke home from the bar - I lolled my way through that little treat.

I can’t stop watching it though!

RZ in close-up is mesmerising.

I watched the first episode, whatever the middle one is and the last episode. Don't you think this is a mash-up of sunset beach, revenge, dynasty and indecent proposal??

I thought it had a ' how to get away with murder' vibe. I am severely in lust with the chief surgeon guy.
