Are we allowed to predict ending of GOT? **Spoiler Alert - Title edited by MNHQ**

Anyone interested in predicting the end or am I really playing with fire here?

If people are posting actual spoilers because of leaks you need a spoiler warning. I think I may have just read the actual ending when someone said apparently this happens...I hope not as that's eight years of investment destroyed!

I have a horrible feeling Bran is going to end up on the iron throne. This is my least favoured outcome.

But all that foreshadowing about why Jon should be king - we need someone who doesn’t actually want it etc etc and then Bran constantly saying how he’s not really Bran / anything any more, not interested in real life etc etc. I’m worried.

If it was Bran, I dont understand all this prince that was promised stuff.

I have read the leaks. They got most, but not all, of the last 2 episodes right so I assume they got the final ep as well.

I'm not saying any more.

Some fucker spoiled the ending for me by revealing the leak on a different forum.

I've avoided any further info regarding context, but don't understand the motivations of people wanting to spoil it for others.

Looking forward to it tomorrow morning, regardless.

Really, reading leaks and spoiling the final episode? Seriously why do people do this? I thought I'd be safe reading a fun speculating thread, I had no idea I'd end up watching the episode and seeing every single thing play out exactly as a poster described it :(

Yep, I won't say who because then it'll spoil it. I'd advise not to read the whole thread until after tonight.

I have reported the thread to see if Mumsnet can put a warning in the title or delete it or something.

What's the point in deleting it now? Most of us have seen it and those who haven't will surely have the common sense not to go on a Game of Thrones thread where there will be spoilers now it has actually been aired.

Have you actually read the thread? There are lots of posters not wanting to see spoilers. The OP asked for fun predictions not spoilers.

Actually can't believe that people here have read the leaks and then posted them, despite repeated requests not to. What a colossal dick move to deliberately ruin 8 seasons of speculation and enjoyment right before the final episode.

It was a dick move, but now it's been on, a thread about predictions will surely discuss what actually happened, so best to avoid.

I’m so pissed off that I inadvertently read a leak on this yesterday. WTF is wrong with people. Watched it and knew exactly what was going to happen because of them...thanks.

To be honest I feel sorry for people who do it.

Either they feel the need to ruin something people enjoy or they hope to pretend they havent read the spoilers and the other mners will be oh so impressed they got it right.

Either way, they clearly have very sad lives.

I would rather have a TV programme spoiled for me, than be them.

I was on the train with a colleague once and we were talking about watching the latest GOT episode and a guy turned around and said...Jon Snow dies. We were and my usually quiet and non-confrontational colleague blurted "you selfish shit" absolutely ruined it

I didn’t read spoilers when I posted my comment- just general musings from the Metro, Guardian, friends etc. But I don’t think it was clear there shouldn’t be spoilers until near the end of the first page when people requested that and the main spoilers were already posted

The thing is, no one expected spoilers when the episode hadn't even been aired yet! I agree that people who spoil must lead very sad lives.

I reported the poster that posted a bullet point account of everything that happens, but it's a little pointless now the episode has actually been aired.
