What is Fire Island?

No idea The actor who plays Harry Sinclair apparently had a photo of a script for that week, and posted that it was “Fire Island” week. Not sure if it’s based on the island off New York popular with the LGBT community, has some symbolism we’re as yet unaware of, or is literally a fire on an island 🤣

Its Neighbours. I think we have to go literal.

We haven't had a big disaster for a while like small planes crashing, lost in a bush fire, giving birth in an abandoned shack, so I'm ready for Fire Island

Yes I’d be inclined to go literal too. There’s supposed to be a death that week-as Finn has a “memorable exit” I think it might be him.

How can Finn get together with Elly if he's dead? Presume he dies a hero, saving her. Yawn.

What's the info on Elly giving birth with a mysterious person there to help? They've made it sound like having this person there isn't a good thing

Elly gets stalked by a mysterious stranger the week after next. It turns out to be Dean, the guy who was blackmailing her into buying alcohol for the school camp. Apparently she gives birth in a “hostile situation” with a “dangerous character” while everyone else is at a Lassiter’s Christmas event. I wonder if the dangerous character is Dean, and if it’s him who delivers the baby or someone else comes along-like Angela Lane, or Shaun back from the dead

mother if it is Finn he won’t be dying until March. Plenty of time to get together with Elly before then I think he’ll die saving someone, but I’m not sure if it will be Elly. Maybe it will be her baby?

I can so see Shaun coming back & saving Elly from Dean just as she's crowning. They'll have a Nativity scene moment with them gazing adoringly at each other while she cradles the baby wrapped in his jumper or something.

With all the bushfires they've been having over there, I'm wondering if Fire Island might be an island in the middle of a bushfire. I can imagine some sort of unlikely event out in the bush, or maybe someone's got lost hiking & half the street rally to find them... Someone drops a glass bottle or something & the sunlight focuses on a dry patch of grass. Or it could be a school trip & Hendrix doesn't want to be there so decides to set a small fire so they have to evacuate but it quickly gets out of control & surrounds the small group. Just as it seems all is lost, the firefighters manage to clear a small path & get them out. Someone collapses from the smoke & dies in hospital after Karl & Dr Boo fail to save them. It'll be "the surgeon's" fault though...

I think Shaun will come back and catch Felly together established or secretive.

Harry Sinclair is the odd one as he mentioned coming back a long time ago. Could he turn up for the birth? Maybe he escapes from prison then evades the police and comes back in March for his final showdown, taking Finn down with him.

No idea what ANY plot has to do with Sky 😂

Me neither. It’s a mystery I guess she could bring Kerry back to visit her Rebecchi relatives, but there’s been no suggestion Sky comes back with anyone else-that’s not to say she won’t though. Jane is also coming back, maybe Sky comes to see her, she’s her step-cousin or something isn’t she?

Or maybe she just comes back with Harold, if he’s returning. He was last heard of moving to help Sky with her third baby I think.

Leo, Claudia Watkins, Lucy, Sky and possibly Chris Pappas are all due back within the next few months, plus Prue returns and Christian O’Connell comes in as a cult leader.
There will also be a block of episodes directed by Hugh Jackman’s wife, in early 2020, focusing on the difficulties of adoption in Australia, through two regular characters-Aaron and David? Sky and Lucy will be back for the anniversary, the others may be back sooner.

Oh, and Paige, Jack, Mark Brennan, Marc Gottlieb, Dylan Timmins and Des Clarke will all be back for the anniversary as well.

Oooh I hope they bring Gabezilla. He'll be 6ft by now
