Yes without a doubt to both reason for Scarlet and Elly and Shaun leaving with baby together.
I don't see much of a storyline for her after the baby comes.
However Mark is leaving so who knows.. I don't see it being with Elly though.

I hope she doesn't try to kill Bea, only because she won't shut up about it after.

When I first saw Scarlet's scrap book I thought Ned had caused her family's car accident and she was plotting revenge. I'm a bit disappointed that she's just obsessed after spending an hour with him at the airport

@CurbsideProphet maybe he did, who knows? Although he’d have been about 17 at the time-perhaps he was going through his wild phase and driving illegally. It would be a bit odd though that she’d turn up at the airport in a wedding dress to attract his attention-surely there are easier ways of meeting him. She probably is just a bunny-boiler.

Yes, I’m wondering if Shaun and Elly will leave together. Jodi Anasta is apparently supposed to be contracted until next July at least, but given her exhaustion issues and break, maybe she has decided the travel and missing her daughter is too much for her. She could always go back to Home and Away

If she does try to kill Bea, then surely it is only a matter of time before Susan invites her to live with the Kennedys? If Elly’s off there will be a spare room at the Kennedy’s for another psychopath. What with Finn, Scarlett and then Bea’s narcissism Dr Boo Boo will never have to leave the cul de sac to go to work. Also Susan’s miraculously symptom free MS is beginning to make me wonder if she really has it...or does Dr KK have munchausens by proxy??? Maybe their house is just one big lab...

Yeah I think that will be Mark’s exit too. He’s apparently in talks about coming back briefly for the 35th anniversary next year, so he may come back with a new girlfriend in tow, or just mention that he’s met someone and, as you say, come back in a few years with a family.
