It made me cry too.
Most the way through I had tears rolling down there just aren't the words to describe how sorry I feel for Gemma and her family.

Truly shocking and it should be shown on the main channel nothidden on three.

Watched it yesterday made me cry so sad especially the letter she wrote.
Unforgivable the way she was treated her poor Mum and family xxxx

I watched this last night and sobbed throughout. She was really let down by the authorities and her family are amazing. I really felt for all involved. How can she have not been given support by social services as she clearly had additional needs. I thought her family were very dignified.

I've seen this before.

Heartbreaking. I wonder how different her life would be if she stopped at home with her mum. You can't force her though can you and she obviously wanted to be independent.

What a load of wimps praying on her because she was vulnerable. I'd love to see someone their size picked on them.

PS how can you go to prison for murder but be allowed to go shopping and for Nando's. Surely they can't allow that and who pays?

This happened in 2010 and there has only been further cuts to adult social care, it will happen again.
