Last week I felt really sorry for the mother because a lot of her problems were fuelled by grief but she still managed to work hard and implement all of the changes even Kris Murrin showed her an enormous amount of warmth and kindness and seemed genuinely moved which is very unusual. By the end of this episode the parents were still making excuses and Kris looked like she was going to cry and it did nothing for my blood pressure as I started ranting after the first minute. I do have some empathy/sympathy for the father as I suffer from ill health and know how hard it can be but felt he could have tried a bit harder.
