It is annoying that Djok will have been polishing his nails all day when everyone else has had pretty tough mentally and physically matches.

Not sure how the Rafa/Stan match will go but it will be a late finish for whoever wins.

Rafa has Thiem, stef, foggy and , Federer ( who left it late to conform he would play)in his half.

I think Rafa wants an early night - he raced through the first set. I think I’ve won the battle of the TV - everyone has disappeared upstairs! (Getting my own back for all the football earlier this week)

If Thiem beats Djok and then plays doubles, he will be knackered before the final.

Which ( assuming Rafa does ok in his match) is a good thing. I like Dom but you know...Rafa has to win something!!

Not sure how Dom will fare against Djok. Be a great result for him, though , to have beaten Rafa, Fed and Novak in a matte of weeks, if he goes through.

Dom has won their last 2 meetings, but Djok wasn't exactly himself in Monte Carlo last year, or RG the year before, so I'm not sure how much we can read into that.

Good start from Dom, but Novak is playing well.

Novak just taken first set on a tiebreak - he’s looking pretty impressive. They’ve just shown sleeveless Rafa practising - very nice.

I’m off to my DMs in a bit so not sure how much I’ll see of the Rafa/Tsitsipas match - don’t want to get in trouble again. She hasn’t got the internet so won’t even be able to watch it on my phone. (That would also be a bit anti social)

Rafa looked really strong last night so hopefully he’s back to winning ways. Not sure if Tsitsipas will be able to stay with him if he keeps playing like that.

I see Dom won the doubles match , after losing to Djok. I wonder how he will do next week after all this tennis?

The tennis is brilliant Tsitsipas is playing out of his skin, but eeekk!
I wish Rafa could just get a easy match for once they've just mentioned his draw for Rome and it's very tricky again.

I agree I love Stefano's style of play but dammit he doesn't have to win now
This second set is starting to look a bit more promising the crowd are really behind Rafa trying to help him and there's a lot of fist pumping happening now too.
