Sorry if there was already a thread.. but I know there's been a couple of threads about Darcy leaving & the gossip about Stacey / Kevin... thought it might be time for a Strictly 2019 thread

Just heard the news that Rylan is going to be co hosting ITT with Zoe, I really like him, so I'm pleased they've chosen him, although I am disappointed that it means he won't be a contestant this year.

Is there any gossip yet for contestants this year? 👀

Have you seen the news about Katya?

I really like her choreography but I hope it means Neil might get a chance this year to shine instead.

It's only April though, they don't usually release details about contestants until around July.

What news about Katya? Do you mean the rumours about her not having a partner? That hasn't been confirmed and we know that she hasn't been sacked because BBC Strictly announced who the pros were for next season. If she doesn't get a partner, then I hope Luba will.

I hope they don't boot Katya, her choreography is so interesting to watch. I suspect they may give her a John Sergeant equivalent, but we know from Ed Balls that actually she can get the best out of people like that.

Chris Evans confirmed before he left R2 that he was going to do it this year. Might have just been hype, but I wouldn't be surprised....
