What was that advert with the man??

What was that Christmas advert with the man? But all I can remember is a man near a public Christmas tree and he starts playing an instrument I THINK and everyone just stares but then they join in??? I think he is a bit of an odd man or a loner at first?!?! Ahhhhhh what was it???
