With your 13 yr old dd, what would you watch next?

Everythinf I think of seems either to dull or not suitable in some way.

I loved watching Dawson's Creek as an older teen myself, but it's a bit slow paced and not exactly funny. Also way too much navel gazing.

Also loved Friends from about 15 onwards myself, and I know dd would love the 90s outfits and get about 90% of the jokes but it does seem a bit sexist/ dated and smutty at times, and maybe too sex/romantic relationships focused?

Parenthood i haven't seen but i'm not sure either of us are quite ready to move on from LG as Lorelei just yet. Not even sure if that's a 12.

I was never a Buffy fan myself but maybe i should give it another chance for Dd's sake? Strong Female Lead, witty dialogue etc?

A lot of the contemporary teen shows seem very looks/sex focussed and other shows like New Girl don't appear very Bechdel-friendly. Any ideas?

Atypical, Friends, Brooklyn 99, Gossip Girl (that one maybe slightly old, think I was 14-15 watching this)

I cried for about a week. Nothing replaced it! I can't watch even a snippet of it now or I get upset!

Sabrina the teenage witch (Netflix version)

Offspring, it's an Australian series, think there's about 7 seasons on Netflix. Totally different to GG in subject matter but strong family characters and lots of funny bits so kind of worked as a 'replacement' for me, I was bereft when I finished GG Blush

Friends
Gossip girl
Santa Clarita diet (If you don’t mind gory stuff)
Sabrina on Netflix
