Another good watchalong. As you mentioned ILove Donna's character is starting to develop from these episodes onwards. Probably her character changes most over the series and I felt the actress really carries it off well, becoming more mature and shall we say more grown up than Dave (bless him).

Was just posting on the 'Summer of Rockets' thread. On Tuesday I decided to catch up on the first episode I'd missed and then discovered it was all available on iplayer and have watched it all in the past three days and I loved it. Set in 1957, lots of fascinating period details and historical points of interest. Not everyone likes Stephen Poliakoff stuff, but it has a good story and plot and he always films it so beautifully.

OK back to 'Soldier, Soldier'. Just going to load up the old DVD player.

I wonder how many soldiers get travel sick in those tanks. Not the most comfortable of journeys I shouldn't think.
