Couldn't make up my mind if the acting was supposed to be bad on purpose or not. What happened to the guy in the cave?? That wasn't caused by the virus was it?

I was to scared to watch it after an ex colleague told me it scared the crap outta him. Isn't there some gross bit with a dog?

I had to check in the paper to see when it was made. It had the feel of a 70s B movie. On reflection, I think it was meant to convey that feeling and it was quite funny really.... especially the bit at the end where the old bearded shop keeper handed the rifle over

3xamum · 09/07/2007 14:20

But what was the bit with the dog?

we (sadly) paid to see this at the cinema.
very odd. we couldn't decide if it was supposed to be a spoof or if it was just a really, really shit film,
bizarre. and not scary in the slightest

Flamesparrow · 09/07/2007 14:55

It was meant to be serious I think, but works well if you watch it as a comedy!!!

Was Cabin Fever the one with the gun for the niggers?

3xamum........ the dog, well, there were a lot of dog scenes. The two worst ones were where the bloke didn't seem to realise the dog was dead and lifted its leg up and all its innards kinda squirted in his face.

The other horrible dog scene was where the girl was all diseased with her skin and flesh dropping off and a dog came whizzing out of the woods, all snarling. She tried to run away but didn't make it as far as the shed door (where she was gonna hide). You didn't actually see the dog tear her to pieces, but you saw bits of her flying through the air (feet and such). Then the dog went into the shed, where one of the other sick girls was lying. When the lad went in, the dog was feeding on the girl's face and body.

[vomit emoticon]

Now you know... bet you wish you hadn't asked now.
