The Marvellous Mrs Maisel could be the best thing I've watched in years. You know those series that you savour and then can't believe when it's over?!!!

So I either wallow in self pity until season 3 is released or crack on with the next must-watch.

So, hit me with your cracking box sets!! We've done Ted Bundy (how wrong does that sound?! ), Ozark, Hill House...
What will fill the Maisel void?

My DD and I loved Mrs Maisel too, although I have to admit I found a lot of the dialogue so anachronistic as to be really distracting from a series that otherwise had the period so nailed.

For a different take on a similar period you could try Man in the High Castle.

I have just got to the end of my new favourite series, Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, (my user name is in honour of such an incredible character).
It ended in 2015, I only discovered it two months ago.

We’ve recently got rid of YouView and now have only a selection Apps on our TV so rarely watch live TV (which we can do trough the TV Player app).

Have you watched GLOW? It is quite similar. You really need to get through the first couple of episodes but it is brilliant, funny and positive (like Mrs Maisel).

Yes to GLOW. Didn't think I'd like it but I did, a lot.
