bbc have launched their download site haven't they where u can download any program u missed. But you have to watch it on your pc unless you ahve cables to connect to tv as everything is copyright protected.

Do you have virgin media (ntl) or know anyone who has because they have a prerecord on demand most BBC/channel 4/living TV programmes and this is how i keep up with my favs - welcome to watch it at mine (fleet, hampshire)

They repaet it with BSL in the smell hours of Mon morning I think, so you could tape it. Look on the listings for Sun BBC1

If you have sky you can choose BBC Scotland option and it is on a wednesday or Thursday there

was just going to say the same thing if you have Sky find BBC Scotland as we get it on a Weds or Thurs as we get the very high brow and intellectual soap that is River City, you Englush really do miss out
