Amazon Prime is not great to be honest, but the best things I've found to watch on there are :

Outlander
Transparent
Life In Pieces
The Looming Tower
Marvelous Mrs Maisel
The Americans

That's about it for Prime whereas with other services I can list all day.

I binged watched The Good Wife last year. If you've watched that, they've got the first season of a spin off called The Good fight.
I also like Goliath

I've heard good things about The Marvelous Mrs Maisel.

Outlander is pretty good.

I'm re-watching Glee and Buffy on Prime and love those.

DP and I are watching The Crossing and that's pretty good.

Oh, and another vote for Outlander.
