Q: What programme had that old guy with the one armed pinned wearing a suit?

We are all racking our brains here, my mum has her arm in a sling and I mentioned it and then my father said the same thing and we can't remember the actor nor the programme.

He wore a suit, was older, thin and it was comedy style.
