Dammit, I burnt the tea. In my hurry to get back to the TV, I forgot to turn the gas off under the chilli. It's all dry and the rice is overcooked. Will smother with sour cream and hope they don't notice.

I've got to wait for my shopping to arrive and I'm starving. Happy to have some burned chilli.
