although Gordon's 'sex' face is a bit creepy in my opinion.

He looked in pain before he kissed Mrs T today (Grin missed it live, was having a birthday lunch for my mum).
I don't see how Zaniel can stay together.

Zara needs to move in with 6tl- her house looked like a b and b reception area today. Her house seems huge!

Well she was a bit of a cow there. AngryPoor rev.Sad

LIZS · 25/01/2019 15:25

She didn't even give him a straight answer, just a God is all she needs. Was he not just covering for the sick female rev anyway, so due to move on. He isn't likely to hang around for 7 years.

Binglebong · 25/01/2019 17:32

I hope not. Poor bloke.

FuzzyPuffling · 25/01/2019 18:06

Hello all, I'm having a lovely birthday thank you.

I gather Mrs T is not giving a straight answer to TRev and now wants to be a Vicar herself? Def need a spin off.

There'll be nobody left at the Mill at this rate.

Madhairday · 25/01/2019 18:51

Oh MrsT! She kept him hanging so long, it was mean. And I know loads of vicar couples (dh is vicar so we move in those circles Grin) so there's no real reason she can't do both. And she shouldn't leave Letherbridge for at least two years because they have to go through selection process which is long and slow and alongside normal life, to make certain on both sides it's the right thing. So if she leaves now it wouldn't make sense.

I think she should marry Gordon and start the process. Would be so sweet. Aaagh!!

FuzzyPuffling · 25/01/2019 19:54

mad It sounds harder to become a vicar than it does to change sex. (And not that dissimilar!)

Raahh · 25/01/2019 20:53

Ooh, Fuzzy I've just seen your puffin on the DOI thread( I haven't been on the thread yet this year, so felt rude to jump on - and it did seem to take an, erm, strange turn earlier in the week!). Grin

Mrs Tembe was cruel keeping Gordon hanging on. I've no idea why she can't marry him and be a vicar.Sad

toldmywrath · 25/01/2019 21:11

I have never been on a team building excercise.. well not to my knowledge.

We used to have weekly team meetings, called a huddle. Bloody daft name if you ask me. Hmm

Raahh · 25/01/2019 21:13

a huddle!

I would have refused to go...until they had a meeting to change the stupid name!Grin

Raahh good one. Grin
A meeting about a meeting, we had far too many meetings, waste of time. I just wanted to get stuck in to my work.

MeetOnTheledge · 26/01/2019 09:17

I've been on a couple. A company I worked for got taken over by a big corporation who whisked us all off to a hotel for the day, it wasn't activities, but was some sort of "changing your way of thinking" guff brainwashing. It was actually pretty unsettling as well as a complete waste of a day.

FuzzyPuffling · 26/01/2019 12:18

Oh Raahh do get on the DOI thread. We need your sense of humour and general brainpower to resist the "oddness". So does the new Puffling.

FuzzyPuffling · 26/01/2019 12:20

I have been known to be a bit too subversive on team building days. One of them I took my sketchbook and sat outside drawing all day. Most productive. And another one, after three days of nonsense we were all asked to publicly feed back our thoughts. I did....

Raahh · 26/01/2019 12:54

fuzzy I might pop over. I saw the Donkey picture from last year. Grin

I still miss Robin Cousins being on it. I don't like T and D much as judges.

doctorsnoddy · 26/01/2019 16:06

Just caught up. Poor old Gordon, did his job of repairing Mrs T's faith a little too well

FuzzyPuffling · 26/01/2019 18:29

Yes, Robin Cousins was arguably the best thing about DOI he probably realised that and that's why he left

Could Gordon and Val get together now?

Raahh · 26/01/2019 18:33

Fuzzy I think last year he didn't do it because of the Winter Olympics- and hearing him on that, reminded me how good he was.

I don't blame him for not going back to DOI though.

Nicky Slater has been commentating on the European Championships- and he always annoyed me on DOI, to Grin.

Ooo Gordon and Val Fuzzy do they have previous for it? Consolation prizes very much needed!

FuzzyPuffling · 26/01/2019 19:38

Val looked a bit flirty with TRev when she was trying to find out what his relationship with Wiggifred was. After her shocking track record with Ashley from the AA she could do with a Godly man!

Let's combine our favourites and have Robin Cousins slipping on some ice outside the Mill and spraining his ankle.

Raahh · 26/01/2019 19:41

ooh, yes. Robin doing a cameo would be great.

Of course, the ice/snow would be in the height of summer, wouldn't it?Grin
