Did anyone see the one today with the family hiring a luxury house for £3k. The house was perfect but there was a wasps nest outside leading to wasps getting inside the house. The owner employs an exterminator immediately and eliminates most of them but a few still remained. The family had lots of lovely days out and the house was as they expected but the woman in the family wants compensation for another holiday as this one was "stressful and ruined". I normally love this programme as it features people with real cases to be upset but she just cane across as grabby and greedy imo. Anyone else agree?

Totally agree. The owner did everything possible to rectify the problem. As you say they still had a nice holiday.

I would have just sucked it up. It wouldn't have even occurred to me to let it spoil my holiday.

@toddlerteaplease Same here. It is just one of those things. The programme even said that due to an exceptionally hot summer, many holiday homes were affected by wasps last year. You just shut the windows and get on with it. All that drama about how they couldn't use the upstairs and had to sleep with the kids downstairs. And she got £450. I was hoping she would get nothing and this is now just teaching others to be grabby and entitled too

I actually felt really sorry for the owner of the cottage. Be didn't deserve to have his business slagged off on national TV for something out of his control and that he dealt with immediately, when notified.

I did too. She even said he was really helpful and accommodating. I am surprised the programme allowed this to feature to be honest - they must be short this year as really it is a bit of a non story which reflects badly on someone who did nothing wrong.
