Does anyone watch this?
It's such a bad show, the presenters are so awkward and unnatural, especially Tim, however I'm finding it oddly compelling
Dh keeps saying how long is this bloody programme on for???

I do but only because I like morning cookery programmes at the weekend. Simon and whateverhisnameis are just soo annoying but I just try not waste my energy on them haha. Emily Atack is on today, now she had her hair cut quite short apparently, a few weeks ago, but it’s long on SB today. I always thought SB was live!! 🤔

I used to enjoy Sonething for the Weekend, which was thier original bbc show, then when it moved to c4 it became all about Tim and Simon and became awful. They are terrible presenters. Tim speaks over all the guests and they never seem to do thier research. Tim’s autocue reading is abysmal.
Can’t watch it now at all. Which is a shame as I enjoy the cookery element.

I actually watch it sometimes because I like cookery, but it just struck me this morning how bad it actually is

Also, Tim's beard ages him 10 years

Tim always looks like he can't be arsed but needs the work poor Simon presents like his life depends on it he needs to calm down yet there i am every Sunday.

It’s dire, yet we seem to have it on most weeks. Tim Lovejoy is like a lesson in how to look completely uninterested in anything at all.

And when I have a bad day at work, I think ‘oh well, at least I’m not that donkey who is paid to fake laugh really loudly in the background on Sunday Brunch’

I bet that guy goes straight for a shower when the credits roll.

Frank Skinner's radio show has one too, but it's a female donkey. Can you imagine having one in family honking away at the most innocuous comment! I'd go NC.

You'd think after all this time on TV they'd have some idea of what they're supposed to be doing. If anything, they're getting worse.

We quite like it - it's a good lying in bed programme to dip in and out of.

However, I can't forgive them for having that Clodagh woman on this morning. She might be the most annoying person that ever lived.

I like it when they make Tim 'toddler palate' Lovejoy eat grown-up food (cue much grimacing and cries of 'eurghhh horrible')

Tim just seems to switch off sometimes in the interviews and ask guests something theyve just said. I still watch it though, its background tv and they sometimes have good selection of guests on

God it’s such an awful show. Where on earth did they find Tim? He is not a good presenter.

Rim is such a cocky gut. You can just tell he loves himself.

I am going to go completely against the grain and say I love it. Tim is a bit of a knob but I like Simon. I also like laughing man and Clodagh. It's just easy watching Sunday morning telly.I think it can be awkward sometimes when the guests don't engage. Jason that was on it today was a bit dull and seemed humourless. Sure he is a nice guy but the show works best when the guests gel.
