I cannot for the love of me find any evidence of this programme existing !!!!
Okay so here's what I know :
I watched it in my grannies flat with her - she passed away in 2012 so it would be aired before then.
I was going on holiday and was going to miss a few episodes (it was like a film tv drama series so only 1 season I think)
It had something to do with a British family moving to America set probably around the time of colonisation
I remember the wife was pregnant and on the voyage to America the baby was stillborn. And they threw it into the water.
The other thing that sticks out was that the daughter got pregnant once they arrived to a Native American (which was quite the scandal apparently )
This is literally all I remember and I wish I could find out more about it !!!
