I have to admit shamefacedly (clunky phrasing worthy of Agatha Christie there) that I quite enjoyed Father Brown and the selection of ladies' knitwear.

Well, I missed yesterday but watched today, while snorting with laughter at this thread (particularly the list of Doctorly things to do).

Sorry, it wouldn't let me log back in! Kept saying too many people were trying to access the site. I've name changed now , long term lurker, but I have posted a few things in the past. I mentioned the spoiler about the car crash, but that was ages ago with another user name.

I didn’t realise either Fluffy and I’m sure I’ve seen links in previous threads, especially around the time of the crash. As you say there was no hint of the spoiler in the link wording and it’s personal choice if you click on it or not.

huh - as soon as I switched off the email notifications something important (i.e. spoiler details) appears and I have now missed it. Can someone send me an oblique hint about it?

I didn't see the spoiler and I thought none of us remembered spoilers even if we saw/read them !

I did click through on the spoiler as I'm not averse to them but will be careful not to reveal the content. FWIW, so long as they are clearly marked and hidden in a link as this was I don't have a problem, but they do increase the likelihood of someone who has read them letting slip subsequently.

On the iPad MN app it did give the subject and title of the spoiler in the post 

So it wasn't hidden at all on iPad MN app 

Hence why I was annoyed 

The link above wasn't done in the MN way so that you can change what is shown by using the [[ THIS IS A SPOILER etc .................... Then another pair of the brackets

It was click and pasted by an unknown and unidentified poster

We all know that you can go elsewhere to find and search for spoilers on soaps etc

I feel we are on this thread that we understand NOT to post spoilers or hints of spoilers that can be found elsewhere on digital spy etc

I post on the strictly come dancing threads but sometimes I look on FB to see who is evicted on the Saturday night (results show is on Sunday evening) but if I hinted who was evicted on the Saturday before results show I would have lots of angry posts telling me to shut up and quite rightly so IMHO
