No she confirmed paddy was NOT vinny’s Dad , after Marlon had told chas he was of course! she came to tell paddy she found a love letter from paddy’s childhood idol the wrestler Beowulf to his mum. The date of the letter was around the time paddy would have been conceived so Mandy, chas and Marlon now think paddy’s dad wasn’t his dad. Mandy and Marlon decided not to tell him. Chas has decided she will. But then chickened out when it came to it.

But as she was leaving she said now wasn't the right time when her son asked why she hadn't done what she came to do. That was way too short a visit from Mandy, I hope she comes back as a regular soon.

I loved the shot of Sam standing there stunned!

I'm looking forward to Belle's prison visit. I was starting to wonder whether she was doing those things herself until the pig was killed! Would Billaay kill a pig on Lachlan's behalf??

I'm missing Robert again...

Just to mention, Sheila Mercier [Annie Sugden] turned 100 years of age on January 1st. Sister of Brian Rix, trivia fans.

Wow! I wish her Sugden grandchildren would mention her some time.

Sometimes they do go to 'visit Annie' in Spain, usually when they're in panto/jungle/whatever. :)

I haven't heard them mention her in years!

It must be billay. Surely? They all end up in the same prison. Either billay truly is a bad'n, was mates with lachlan, his apparent niceness is just an act and Ellis is right about him - OR - lachlan freaked the bejeesus out of billay and he's doing his bidding out of fear, and is actually quite decent after all and only bullied Aaron out of fear too.

Billy is a bad 'un. They don't like 2 nice brothers on emmerdale.

Andy/Robert - Robert being the bad one despite Andy killing Sarah and also beating his wife but he was still a saint...

The king brothers - nice brother certainly wasn't Carl!

The Barton's - Ross the bad brother turned good even though Pete left him for dead

No doubt there are others but my point is that emmerdale really like good vs bad brother feuds.

I think Emmerdale brings back old characters for a short stint, sees audience reaction n then decides whether to bring them back full time. Think that's what they've done with Kim and Mandy.

I'm still furious with the writers for that whole week of farce that was Kim Tate coming back. She deserved better. And so did Joe and Cain.

I don't know why but I love Graham. I think he's trying for Meghans sake. I feel like this whole Joe story is just building up to him coming back or finding his body.

I really want Graham and Priya to get together. They have a real spark. Megan is too motherly towards him.

I couldn’t think of a worse match than Priya and Graham! (Perhaps Vanessa and Sam Dingle!) Graham would be horrible for Priya. He already is horrible to her.

I love that she seems to be the only person who stands her ground with him despite her tiny stature.

I wish Vanessa would get it on with Sam Maxi. Get her away from Charity so that Charity can be herself again
