I felt sorry for her, she looks very sad and poor Harvey missing his siblings. I don’t think Kris is the right man for her. I wish she would stop chasing men and learn to just be on her own with the children.

Don't like watching her now . But now just smacks of desperation sad to see her go into such a decline. She's on her arse mentally and financially need to withdraw form the spotlight to get herself back on her feet. Seems like at the moment she will do anything for attention . Never great fan but saw a program about her few years ago and you couldn't help but be impressed with what she had achieved and her business sense but sadly it's all gone now.

I'm Blush to admit I watched it (and the one the other week) and it was very depressing. I hated the way she narrated her own actions in a rather manic way.
BUT, the only positive way she comes across to me is in her interactions with Harvey. She is very good with him.

I’m not a fan of Katie Price but I was struck by how lovely she is with her son Harvey. She’s gone up in my estimation due to that alone.

I think her DM's health issues have and will continue to have a detrimental effect on her behaviour. I fear if she loses her, the shit will really hit the fan.

How lovely she is with her son? Why would she be anything less? It's her son. No doubt she loves him wth all her heart. Or are parents usually less loving with their disabled children 🙄

For the record, I don't rate how she behaves towards Junior. There was a marked lack of warmth with him that has now been superseded by what I find an uncomfortable dynamic. Fortunately, he clearly has a more loving and affectionate relationship with his dad.
I find Katie rather robotic and stilted in her manner generally, but it is only with Harvey that I've ever seen her more spontaneous and loving. She obviously adores him and is very protective over him, not surprisingly.

I think her relationship has always been like that with Junior and I think it’s for two reasons. She sees him as an extension of Pete cause he looks so much like him and it was well documented that she had pretty severe PMT after having him. I can remember her being quite mean to him when he was young too.

I agree, I loved her shows from years ago, she looked amazing, her house(S) were gorgeous, she was always doing things and the cameras followed.

But now she looks awful, her house is a mess, her life is a mess. It is sad to see, and watching the Christmas episode just cemented that she needs to get things back on track, kris isn’t right for her, he seems like he will turn at any moment - he reminds me of an ex I had who made me feel he was too good for me - I could see him doing that to her.

It’s sad all her kids aren’t with her, although her chaotic life means it’s probably for the best. I’d hate to have a mother that shouts all the time or acts the way she does.

Best part of MCL is Katie’s mum, love that lady and very sad to here she won’t be around soon :( I think that will crush Katie and her only really support will be gone. :(

The trouble is, she wants/needs her other kids with her, but the important thing for her to remember is that it is in their interests to remain with their fathers. Not sure whose decision it has been for them to live elsewhere currently, but I don't see it as a temporary measure whilst she "gets her life back on track," because Junior and Princess have been enrolled at new schools near Peter, so I would think it unlikely that he would be happy about uprooting them again in order to move back with her (although wasn't residency always 50/50???).
I don't know much about what sort of father Kieron is, but it certainly seems as though Peter and Emily are providing a calm and stable home for the older two. Thank God for that.

I also got the impression from her Christmas episode that she is very much still in love with Kieran and doesn’t want him to move on at all. The way she talks to him is awful, but he seems to just take it ? It’s so bizarre.

I think if she could she’d have stayed with Kieran no matter what he did to her

I found it really sad, she looked so tired and defeated. The narration was really stilted, and the innuendos were just cringy. Her mum looked really unwell, and the only time katie seemed animated and engaged was with Harvey

I felt very sorry for her, she seems to have lost her spark

I reckon if it is the case that she is on the spectrum to some degree or other, then we'll find out about it soon enough. She wouldn't miss that opportunity for publicity, especially at the moment. A sympathy vote could be just what she needs to pull her finances back from the brink.

Or she is possibly just a sociopath, she seems to only like people who give her entertainment. People often comment how good she is with Harvey, and when she is with him on camera she is - but she also taught him swear words and I think has even used him as entertainment infront of men/friends. Plus she drops him like a stone whenever she feels like putting her needs first

(Trips to America for hair. Teeth, nails, breasts. Dragging him out of the American school he did so well at because she felt like it, etc!)

My fabulous ability to spot a fellow aspie (sometimes) Grin And the quality of her affect.

Women aspies don't present in the same way as men aspies but she does have a slightly monotoous delivery and an obvious bullheadedness about her. Which make me wonder.

I dont think she has any malign intent whatsoever. She makes dreadful choices and is surprised by the outcome every time.

Remember she is also a survivor of sexual assault in childhood and then necame a “glamour” model at a very young age. Those kind of things often lead to psychosexual problems. She’s said something about the trauma of the assault hasn't she?

Yes I must agree my comment did sound a bit short sighted.

I think she has actually gone through trauma after trauma, especially the last few years. And most jarring I think is her mother’s illness.

Didn’t she also say she had been a victim of rape by another celebrity a few months ago ? (It happened a few years ago)
I think her walls are so high now that we get the Jordan/Katie and not Kate, who she really is - because she has been hurt over and over so buried herself deep.
