@MiddleClassProblem Momo is the latest "scare" game. Bit like blue whale game. It targets young children and convinces them to do horrible things such as self harm etc.
Apparently there's a case of suicide from it.

There is an interview on digital spy with Eve Moray where she says that it wasn't her decision to leave and she was basically axed! I'm so cross, why would they do that? Why axe your best actress?!

Oh no I'm so angry!! I consoled myself with the idea that she wanted to go and be with her baby. They're the best couple, they could have done this storyline but not killed her, and played out a decent storyline with Dee and kept them together. They'd find out they couldn't have more kids and adopt.

That's awful. I'd thought it was her choice too. Eve is fab. To get rid of Sonya and keep Finn and Bea- what were the producers thinking? Toadie and Sonya were going to grow up to be the next Karl and Susan ☹

I hope thats not true, she is an amazing actress so I hope she moves on to bigger and better things. There are so many other people who could be axed from the show (Bea). I'm dreading whatever is going to happen to Nell because she is just a sweetie.

It’s so ridiculous isn’t it! Carla Bonner was probably axed for the same reasons (budget apparently). And they’re hiring people like Bonnie Anderson and Tim Robards who have never acted in their lives (obviously much cheaper!). How much are they paying Madeleine West for the Dee story, I wonder?

Yeah and there's virtually nothing they're doing that they couldn't do with someone else. OK so the Finn thing needed his sister but once that was revealed she's not been integral foto anything. All this stuff about the hen do is about Chloe not Bea, the stuff with garage Steph could have done. Bea is pointless

If they get rid of Karl and Susan I'm gonna start a petition. Its us UK viewers that keep it on the air anyways 😂

Ahead of her final scenes on screen, Morey has revealed that she didn’t make the choice to leave the much loved Australian soap.

The actress explained how she was part of the changes the team behind Neighbours had to make after the future of the show hung in the balance in 2017 following Network Ten’s administration.

In an interview with Digital Spy, she said: “It was a decision made by the production. From what I understand, at the end of 2017, the show was at a point of: ‘Is it going to go ahead, or is it not?’ In the end it did, but there were going to have to be big changes and every department suffered that. When it comes to the cast, I was one of them.”

Once her exit had been confirmed, Morey recalled how she insisted that her character had to die because there was no other way that Sonya and Toadie would be separated. She said: “My first instinct was: ‘I think she has to die. She wouldn’t leave any other way’. Although I don’t think I thought about how traumatic it would be to play out!

Wow, thats just awful and it makes me really angry that the production made the decision to remove her from the show. I think she is absolutely right though, there is absolutely no way that Sonya would ever leave Toadie and the family they have made. It would have been really nice to see them grow together as a family unit. She has done such a fantastic job with this story though and her acting has been very emotional to watch.
