Anyone watching Ambulance on BBC 1 NI?

It's not my usual type of program but I'm absolutely gripped.
Huge respect to the ambulance crews and other staff. It's traumatic just watching.

I was in floods of tears after the hit & run
Massive respect for the crew and the passers by who stopped to help

It is a fantastic programme these people work so hard in times of extreme pressure and budget cuts.

Such an incredibly sad loss of a life.
And the call handlers are under huge pressure.

The call with the baby in the padding pool nearly finished me.

I absolutely take my hat off to every NHS worker, they have so much patience, care and have to work under incredibly stressful conditions day in and day out. Thank god for these angels.

I recently found this series and have been back and watched them all - gripping and emotional and an insight into the difficulties faced by the staff and the emotional toll the job has on them

That beautiful young woman! Seven years seems too little - to drive off and leave her dying on the road.
This program definitely shows the best and worst of humanity.

Really shocked that the person who was arrested for the hit and run got just 7 years for dangerous driving. Disgraceful. It’s such a humbling programme. I don’t know how they aren’t all suffering from PTSD after all the terrible things they deal with.

Have just started watching this programme. Was very moved by this episode. That poor young woman and the elderly couple . Then the lovely young boy.
