Anybody watching?

Is it any good?, I have downloaded parts one and two but not got round to watching yet.

Hi - Its graphic in both sexual and violence. Hovever the story of a provincial mum committing the ultimate crime is well worth watching. It's fast-paced too.

Be interested in thoughts on this one.

A few of us watched it on Netflix. I thought series one was brilliant, couldn't get into series 2.

The focus on why she did it rather than who was a change.

Ah - I'm beginning to think I'm the only woman that doesn't have Netflix. We had to cancel when finances got tight.

I like this element @SavageBeauty73 - the back story for me is the best part. And I thought it was well-written in how unresolved trauma can manifest and present much later. Psychologically, it was interesting.

Just watched first one loving it,

I’ve just finished the first series on Netflix having been totally unfamiliar with this until catching it on I player. It’s got a real twist and it’s brilliant, particularly in the final couple of episodes.

Watched the whole of series 1 on Netflix. Thought it was dire. A reasonably good two part thriller padded out to eight episodes through painfully slow pacing and a ton of gratuitous soft porn. Stuck with it out of sheer curiosity as to how bad it could get.

We just watched both series over the last few days - agree about gratuitous soft porn but if you overlook that it's excellent.

Struggled a bit with the 2nd series as the boy was so unlikeable at first. We stuck with it and glad we did - both series were brilliant

Agree with partystress. We stuck with it, but it was awful, and I certainly didn't enjoy it.
