Is cbeebies broken?

We've got CBeebies on our Skybox.

nope, we are ok here.

Have you tried switching the box off at the mains for a few minutes, plugging it in, leave a few more mins and then switch it on. It kind of "re-boots" it all.

Mmmm going to have to reboot. I think it is both boxes so may be an account/phonecall problem

Will have to put up for Nick Jr for the time being.
