It’s up on amazon today and I’m somehow managing to hold off watching until hubs gets in.

Any wishes/predictions for this series? My only one is please someone kill Margrethe.

You got your wish bunny hop someone did indeed put Margarethe out of her misery. I hope the same happens to Judith. But the big question is who will Ivar sacrifice in the next episode?

As there was no time jump that I could tell why is Lagatha now so grey?

I think Lagertha turned grey instantly from the shock of having to kill Astrid and her unborn child and the end of 5a.
I've been pretty disappointed with 5b so far to be honest. I miss Ragnar so much but had thought that Ivar and the other sons could carry on the series effectively. At the moment though not much of interest seems to be happening which is a shame as there is so much they could have done. As for the Floki storyline, what a boring mess that is. I wonder if they half assed it as he had other commitments filming Westworld? Sad as he was one of my favourite characters for a long time. The actor deserves better.

I agree people, I think it's been disappointing so far. I find Ivar deeply irritating and hope that he gets offed pretty sharpish, together with the awful Freydis.

Still watching but it's gone a bit soap opera -ish... I'm mostly holding out in the hope Rollo gets his kit off again but my wishlist also extends to Ivar getting his comeuppance, and Ubbe getting to live a lovely life somewhere that isn't full of dangerous psychopaths.

Anyone keep up til ep 20? I want them to forget about the Icelanders. I loved Floki in the early seasons but now it's all just grey horizontal rain, you can't tell who is who and I've no idea why there's a feud going on.

It's lost "it". It used to be my must watch series but the storylines are poor. I agree, Ivar is boring and a pantomime villain.
