That's a really good point I think her coping mechanism is to down play things and convince herself she is ok. It's a big contrast from people who wind themselves up.

I thought Dec was being sarcastic at the end when Joe Swash or the other one said to come up and join them and he answered “I can’t wait”. Don’t blame him if he was.

I know. We don't have to watch Extra Camp, but Dec is obviously contracted to go up. 🤪

I don’t think they are making things easier for Anne.

But tbh if they are making reasonable adjustments for her to take part despite her autism I’m not bothered and actually quite impressed with the producers.

She’s entertaining, she seems to be settling down, doing her best, being challenged and making progress. What’s to whinge about there?

It’s a mistake to take the self depreciating things she says as true.

It's a running joke that Ant and Dec, would rather not go to extra camp and go play golf instead has been for years I think Dec is just carrying it on.

Didn’t anyone find the scary nurse creepy...I couldn’t have done that task with her in the room..I hate being creeped out like that

Anyone else notice in the first two episodes, at the end part, Holly went squealing into camp first, followed by Dec. Now Dec is standing to the side facing camp all the time, to ensure he is in first.

It is the side he usually stands on with Ant mind, but I’m interested to see if Holly gets another turn at going in first 🤔

Who honestly bothered to vote for Sair and Malique? They’ve not done enough for people to care enough to vote.

I’m sure it’s being fixed to give people equal screen time.

The trials are definitely being fixed.

I think the scary nurse was probably a real one, there to help Anne in case she freaked out

I voted for Sair as I wanted someone different to do a trial.

I voted for Sair and Malique because we haven't seen much of them. They deserve some air time too.

I voted for malique. Dont like voting for Anne. Harry, noel, rita, Nick would do the trial no bother so no fun to watch. Fleur probably would be OK too. Emily squeals too much. John is too irritatingly full on sometimes for me. So malique was obvious choice for us. Ok with seeing what sair did too.

Forgot about James... Which says it all really, but wouldnt have minded seeing him either.

I voted for Malique because he’s boring he doesn’t know how to take Noel’s sarcastic ‘jokes’ either which makes me laugh. I also forgot Sair was there, she seems really nice though.

Everyone else in their bar James has done a trial and done well (at least with the big aspect) Malique wasn't great in the live trial and all sair has done wasn't that one with the ants they are untested so may have good reaction the others would have just done it which isn't good tv.

James was either forgotten about or people thought he did well in the quest I would think he would be fine with the eating trial to be honest.

Anne I think was the other easy choice as but I'm glad people didn't do that. If anything is rigged i would say it's the timing of the trials having 2 anne could do back to back decreased the chances of her being voted I think.

I'm watching this series and am fascinated by how clean they all seem. Given that they're only supposed to have cold water to shower or bathe in some of them look to have salon fresh hair do, like John for example, he looks so groomed. I've never thought about it before either, but if the men shave, surely they must have hot water for that, it never seems to be mentioned that they boil up water for personal hygiene, only for cooking and maybe washing up?

Enrique there is a bath, they showed it on one of the first few episodes, they can pump it and get hot water that way and it goes into the bath. Maybe they’re doing that?
