Make Me a Baby
Make Me a Baby follows 100 couples on a nine-month journey to debunk the myths, unravel the science and present the latest and most reliable advice for making babies.
For the vast majority, having a baby is the most important thing they'll ever do, but with so many old wives' tales around, how can they separate fact from fiction? This factual documentary series aims to provide every prospective dad and mum with an un-missable scientific guide to having a baby.
This four-part series illustrates the key issues arising at each stage of conception and pregnancy - using simple and fun experiments to test the myths as well as the science, and introducing the latest evidence. Woven throughout are stories of couples having difficulty conceiving with experiences related from both the women and the men's perspectives.
Make Me a Baby is presented by Dr Simon Atkins GP with expert analysis and advice on best practice from Dr Cecelia Pyper, Zita West and Dr Allan Pacey.
