Neighbours - how did Stingray die?!!

I've gone back to work and am bereft without Neighbours. Then I hear someone casually mention Stingray is dead. How? Why? Please put me out of my misery!

just sat in a chair and died

He gave a part of him (can't remember what, marrow, kidney or similar) to the baby and came through the op but died of an aneurism sat in a chair at a BBQ.
