The Doctor Who segment was very sweet.

I wanted to watch, but I cannot support an organization that supports sterilizing children.

FishesThatFly · 16/11/2018 19:54

Didn't think much of the singing on school of rock

Smallhorse · 16/11/2018 19:55

I'm watching it. Trying not to cringe.

Smallhorse · 16/11/2018 19:58

Trashy what do you mean about sterilising children ?

KnockMeDown · 16/11/2018 20:00

The Eastenders are fabulous!

xJessica · 16/11/2018 20:04

Loved the eastenders lot!

Petalflowers · 16/11/2018 20:05

I think she means that CIN has given money to Mermaids. I was almost expecting some comment about that.

However, for the one or two charities that I may not like, there’s hundreds (thousands?) thatndo good work, and i’m Don’t feel that I want to penalise these organisations for the sake of one or two others.

The Easte drew have some talented people amongst it cast.

I thought the School of Rock cast sounded tired.

I'm donating to charities direct rather than to them, but am watching. Eastenders were fab!

Elderflower14 · 16/11/2018 20:07

The autistic young man got me very emotional. Lots of memories of ds2 at the same age 😔 😔

Badbilly · 16/11/2018 20:09

I think it's a big con-all that money over all those years-and Pudsey's eye is still not better!

Smallhorse · 16/11/2018 20:10

What is mermaids and what is the connection with sterilising children ?

Smallhorse · 16/11/2018 20:13

Loving all the children

Petalflowers · 16/11/2018 20:14

It’s a charity that supports transgender kids.

The choir were fab. Imagine how exciting it must be for those kids

ContessaHallelujahSparklehorse · 16/11/2018 20:28

Just watched all the kids singing.

I'm not crying, YOU'RE crying.

Elderflower14 · 16/11/2018 20:32

I missed the choir. Ds2 said some were signing!

Elderflower14 · 16/11/2018 20:39

That little deaf girl..... 😔 😔 😔 😔

BinglyBunglyBoops · 16/11/2018 20:43

Now these two are on I’m watching. Tess was as dull as shite.

Elderflower14 · 16/11/2018 20:46

Oh dear.... Who let Walsh dance again.... 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔 🤔

mooncuplanding · 16/11/2018 20:48

Tess and that guy were absolutely cringe and so desperate to look interested

Made me turn to the gin

Carriemac · 16/11/2018 20:49

I give directly to the charities that are showcased , but not directly to CIN because mermaids etc.
Think Graham is fabulous on this - if a bit merry...
Tess and Ade soo arkward

Knittedfairies · 16/11/2018 20:59

Children in Need was broadcast on the radio in 1927 so the appeal is older than the 38 years it’s been televised.

What's up with Shane Lynch, there's something different about him tonight?
