I love this program - great ideas but 2 things are driving me mad.
1.Why oh why do they give the work on them to people who charge a fortune , the man who was supposed to re -upholstered the chaise broke it up and used basically nothing - charged £800 quid and guess what - IT DIDN'T SELL ! (some of the makers charge fare prices)
2.The profits should go to charity - The person has dumped it - so why should they then get the money - They can choose the charity it goes to ....NOT "Go out for a meal" Anyone else agree ?

I find it fascinating some if the things they make but the prices some charge WTF did you see the windbreak "clutch" bags what a load of shite

I question the free advertising for shops that buy some of the stuff. If I had a shop that sold upcycled stuff I would be very happy to have my shop shown and mentioned on the BBC. However, it is so much better than the crap Make Me a Dealer that follows it.

Yes, I saw the windbreak crap - this is license fee money, I think its shameful the way the BBC allow this money to be spent out.
The only real winners in this are the people she takes the good to and as "Jayfee" said above "they are already getting free advertising" so how they canthey justify their charges...........Does anyone remember the Harry Enfield sketch - I SAW YOU COMING - well that's what I think of when they say how much their charging to do work.
COME ON BBC, GET A GRIP AND PUT THE LICENSE FEE TO GOOD USE.
