What the hell ? She should be encouraging the child to use condoms always, regardless

I was just as shocked about the advice and care of the girl with implant. There was so much that could have been said to her.
Also the nurse practitioner consultation with the lady with anxiety and depression.
Tge series is interesting to watch but this week's episode had me spluttering my tea!

I’ve watched this series going back ages now. It’s brilliant but I think there is a huge amount on the cutting floor. I was also stunned by the advice to the 14 year old re condoms but think there was a back story there that we didn’t see and she was basically way out of control. I found that all incredibly sad. She looked like a 10 year old.

Yes that poor girl had been on a previous episode si some back story. But at the end of the day that girl needs adults looking out for her even if she is on a spiral.
