Just finished watching the new She-Ra.
It's really quite good and action packed. There's some nice messages mixed in but it's not bogged down by them and doesn't draw overt attention to them.
Well recommended.

Hilda though, it's on a different level. It's probably one of my favourite TV shows of the year. It's an amazingly well built world, fantastic story line mixing myths and fantasy with friendship and family.
I've watched the whole season several times now, never gets boring.
Well recommended.

Big Mouth
Another great cartoon, so funny and yet also deals with a great deal of sensitive matters. About a group of kids approaching and starting puberty. The Shame Wizard of Season 2 is a highlight.

F is for Family
Pretty decent grown up sitcom. It could be a filmed live action show instead of a cartoon but somehow animation suits it. Typical middle class American family sitcom, worth checking out.

Bojack Horseman
Lots of rave reviews about Bojack. I don't know. I've watched them all and it's definitely clever and deals with depression in a realistic way, despite the characters being largely animal.
Worth watching beyond a few episodes, but if you don't like it by end of season 1, not really worth watching anymore.

Paradise PD.
Gross out humour all the way. Quite low brow, expect fart jokes, vomit and a meth addicted talking dog. I didn't take to it at all.

Thanks for the recommendations and reviews. Do you watch Rick and Morty? Probably the only one I've given a lot of time to.
