Killer by the Lake - anyone watching?

I'm on episode 3 and quite gripped by it.

Been trying to find the name of the actor who plays the prosecutor - anyone know? Not on IMDB for some reason.

I think the prosecutor's gender is deliberately unclear but I think s/he is played by Anny Duperey who is shown in the cast list as Francoise. I think this is a deliberate ploy but won't tell you my suspicions........
