I can't believe this has never been on UK TV before, absolutely love The Office!

I’ve watched every series on UK TV , and several years ago

In 2010 season 5 was on UK television

I thought that- that's why l can't understand the fanfare and saw an advert saying finally on UK TV, was confused as to however had initially got into it,!

It’s by far one of the best American comedies (alongside 30 Rock and Arrested Development IMO) - it’s often on Netflix, and some of the episodes on Netflix seem to be longer versions than the ones I’ve seen (thinking of the branch closing episode in particular which has different subplots that weren’t on the DVD).

Oo Tammy will have a look, some of the DVDs boxset I have do have longer episodes as extras but not sure about that one!

On that particular episode there are a few extended or extra scenes, and a subplot I hadn’t seen where Meredith is trying to figure out who she’d made a sex deal with in the event that the office closed. There are other differences too, just can’t remember off the top of my head.
