Mention of Hale and Pace always now makes me think of that episode of Cabin Pressure where they say that Hale was lovely when he was a passenger. I read somewhere that that's based on the fact that airline staff say that he is indeed lovely.

I can't remember who said it now, but the funniest thing about Hale and Pace wasn't anything they did but somebody's quote about them that they were "a comedy double act with two straight men". It made me laugh so much at the time.

Wish they'd take it back to just a dance - not always dancing with a theatrical story with a huge set and props!

I remember that (LOVE Cabin Pressure). Wasn't it the episode that they were taking filmstar Hester Macauley to Italy/Spain somewhere and Arthur (a great fan) introduced himself

I usually really don't enjoy Halloween week, all Monster Mash and Time Warp and somebody lumbering around the dance floor dresses as Frankenstein. It's always a bit boring, tbh.

We may have to start a drinking game where we take a glug every time someone mentions the wunnerful wunnerful make up/wardrobe department. Chin chin!
