My very best friend in the world is extremely overweight. Slimming clubs don't help her, diets have never worked neither. She is too big for a gastric band but struggles with confidence and social anxiety and then eats to comfort herself. It's a vicious circle so I do totally understand where you are coming from x

😔 things are never that bad Sole. There is always a reason to look ahead, things can and will change. I died twice last year and I am so happy that I've been given a second chance at life. At the time I would have given anything to die and never come back which is hard to say out loud but it really can change. I know it's cliché to fuck but here to talk if you need to xx❤️

Sole, sorry to hear you feel like that. I am not sure if you have ever looked in to Keto but it gets life changing results and is pretty easy as you are still allowed all the good stuff (cheese, bacon, butter etc).
