Actually yeah agree, Lewis does say it how it is. He likes it to bitch but he will also bring it to their face too he isn't actually two faced which is refreshing!

Yes, there has been a lot of research into it, and I've always assumed there is suffering at some point. I probably eat it about twice a week.

It doesn't need to entail much more cooking. I can make the same meal for my family but use a meat substitute for myself. Bangers and mash are the perfect example!

En that's pretty much my take on it. I have no view on what others eat, and my choices are only in line with my conscience.

Strangely, Bisto gravy granules are suitable for vegetarians so I use them for all us, they're really nice.
