Christina for me too. Agree the last answer would sway an employer easily.

Christina I think, she is very talented and direct. Simon is nice enough but he seems a bit lost sometimes.

Christina definitely. Simon seems to have had a privileged upbringing and just pissed it all away whereas Christina seems to have always worked hard and taken nothing for granted.

exactly...i reckon hes more of a risk...christina is just one of those non risk takers who will just slot in but make no waves...waves are a good thing especially in a huge company like sir alan...cant see christina progressing, she will just enjoy the safeness

hahah i am basing mine on the fact i just never really warmed to her, didnt to him either but out of the two i just reckon hes got something she doesnt...time to make mistakes and learn from them, whereas shes running out of time to cock up

From what I remember of that profile programme, Simon's father and uncle are both millionaires and I think (judging by that last answer) Simon just wants to win to become rich like them. He may be bright but he's not exactly a brilliant businessman, he owns a house (which he rents out to make money) which he bought with inherited money and worked in the city but was made redundant because by his own admission he wasn't superbly good at the job. He just seems flakey and unfocused to me compared with Christina and I'm not convinced it's to do with age, I think it's to do with life experience and personality. In fact I think he showed the most talent in the trainer task when he wasn't doing businessy things and was just being creative.

I'm with Carmenere, Siomn wants Sir Alan to make him a millionaire and Kristina wants to work for her salary, learning and hopefully being successful at the role she is given thereby making Sir Alan more money.

So I'd vote for Kristina.

Unfortunately I worry about the depressive effect that losing might have on Simon, he looks so sad/desperate at times.
