Any recommendations for must watch TV series such as those mentioned?

The Spanish show 'I know who you are' is great, gets fairly hysterical and unbelievable but then so do the other show you mention. I love them all

CutesyUserName · 28/09/2018 11:22

Ooh, that looks interesting @Imperfect. Thank you. I do like a foreign language series but had somehow missed this one. Adding that to my watchlist!

Line of Duty?

TammySwansonTwo · 28/09/2018 11:57

Line of Duty
The Killing
Seven Seconds

I’d also check out Hannibal if you haven’t seen it - bloody brilliant, especially season 2

QueenOfMyWorld · 28/09/2018 12:07

The sinner is brilliant

CutesyUserName · 28/09/2018 12:22

Seen Line of Duty and The Killing (and loads of the Scandi-noir stuff like The Bridge) but not seen The Sinner, Hannibal or Seven Seconds, so I'll look those up, thanks.

The wife in 'I know who you are' is AMAZING

DarlingNikita · 28/09/2018 12:34

Oh yes, I know who you are was gripping. Lovely architect-designed house in it too.

Also Hinterland. In Welsh and English, set in and around Aberystwyth (sp?)

TammySwansonTwo · 28/09/2018 14:00

And I will recommend The Shield, as I always do on these threads. If you can get hold of it (it comes up on Netflix in cycles) then it’s one of the best crime-related series ever (and actually just one of the best series ever).

The Night Of is also great.

CutesyUserName · 28/09/2018 14:27

I've watched Hinterland, agree, was great. Not seen I Know Who You Are or The Shield, so both are going on the list. Will also check out Night Of. Thanks for these. I see lots of winter nights in by the fire happily binge watching great TV. :)

Mystery Road - BBC4 Sat night 9-11. It's 4 episodes in. Catch up available on bbci. Australian crime drama in the outback. Beautiful scenery as a complete in contrast to the Scandi winter grey scenes. Every bit as gripping in atmosphere.

Underlying tension among the indigenous Aborigines and the police. It's got it all. Rape, murder, drugs, conspiracy. We're loving it.

Anyone know when Mindhunter season 2 is scheduled?

midsomermurderess · 03/10/2018 19:13

I agree with Black Earth Rising. A story that deserves to be told, in all its complexity.

Miladymilord · 03/10/2018 19:16

Is it good? The trailer made it look over acted and histrionic. I have no idea what it's about

AnyFucker · 03/10/2018 19:19

.

AnyFucker · 03/10/2018 19:20

Where can I find "I know who you are" please

PickleSarnie · 03/10/2018 19:26

River; Unforgotten; Manhunt:Unabomber; Happy Valley.

I'm finding it hard to get into series 2 of Ozark. Loved the first.

Obviously Breaking Bad if you've not seen it.

We just finished Hinterland and am feeling a bit bereft. Loved it (and also had major crush on DCI Mathius )
