I can't stand Michelle either. She's too 'sparkly' and googly-eyed and to goody two shoes, however, I think she could have a spiteful streak. Susan did look a bit slutty last night, but it was her make up and possibly the hair was a bit too 'done' to be Sandy. I said to DH I didn't like the way they did her eye make up. However, in the show, I'm sure she'll be fab, and will be less made up to allow her natural fresh faced look to come through. I wish there could have been a combination of Anthony and Danny B for the Danny role, as I like Anthony's 'cheeky chappy-ness' and charisma, but Danny B looks more like the original Danny Zuko and is definately the better dancer.
Although I don't like Michelle, I thought she performed very well and was gracious in losing when she said of Susan "she's amazing, she'll be amazing." At least she's not a sore loser like Alison. Did anyone see her last week? She sang her first song 'better the devil you know' terribly, and has been in the papers this week whinging at having been kicked off and saying that the judges are trying to convince the public.
Michelle might have stood a better chance if she'd been prepared to dye her hair blonde. I don't think she was though, as a couple of weeks ago she said "you can have a brunette Sandy."
You can't love, it just wouldn't work.
