Dh and I joined the party late. Having really enjoyed watching Series 3 recently, we have now binge-watched the first two series.

They are all brilliant but I think Series 2 was the best for me.

Anyone know if there will be a 4th series?

Series 1 for me. I found them all really annoying in Series 2 and Series 3 wasn't as good. Yes I think they have agreed to Series 4.

IHaveBrilloHair · 13/09/2018 16:10

2, it was really clever and kept me guessing right up until the end, I loved all three though and so glad there'll be a fourth.

MeAgainSparkle · 13/09/2018 21:44

Loved all of them but I think series 2 was my favourite. The acting was superb

LizzieSiddal · 13/09/2018 21:50

I loved them all but 2 is my favourite.

I was disappointed with the ending of series 1. I just couldn’t believe the woman had killed those two men. She was half their size for a start!

1 & 2. I thought series 3 was weak in comparison although I was glad they dropped the ‘potential romance’ storyline

Corcra · 13/09/2018 21:54

I’ve just watched series 1 & 2 (I think that’s all that’s on Netflix). I couldn’t stop watching. I thought they were brilliant. Probably series 2.
I need to find 3 now.

Petalflowers · 13/09/2018 21:57

Only watched series 2 which was superb.

CoolCarrie · 14/09/2018 23:09

Definitely series 2, excellent acting, and moving as well.

Violetroselily · 15/09/2018 10:06

Series 1 for the story and series 2 for the acting.

Cagliostro · 15/09/2018 10:09

Definitely 2, it made me cry at the end when they were telling their stories, especially Mark Bonnar.

I did enjoy the others, but found myself a little disappointed at the lack of twist in s3 because my expectations had been raised so high by s2.

LizzieSiddal · 15/09/2018 18:42

Cag I cried too at their confessions and their childhood stores. So powerful and amazing actors. I’m so glad they got away with it.

Funny you should ask as I've just rewatched S2 cos I love it so much.

ThatsNotEvenAWord · 16/09/2018 13:40

Season 2... the last episode stayed with me for a very long time. So harrowing

Gwenhwyfar · 16/09/2018 14:11

Series 1. I was really shocked by who it was.

LARLARLAND · 16/09/2018 19:09

Series 2. The acting was exceptional.

SavageBeauty73 · 16/09/2018 20:31

Loved all 3. Binge watched them all

YeTalkShiteHen · 16/09/2018 20:32

2 at a push, then 1 then 3. I think I’m going to binge watch 3 and see if it grows on me.

Figgygal · 16/09/2018 20:32

Have binged them all in last week before they drop off the on demand service and fur me it's definitely 1.

Tom Courtenay was amazing in the end

YeTalkShiteHen · 16/09/2018 20:32

It all feels a wee bit bitty and patchy so I wonder if watching it together will help?

Stereomum · 16/09/2018 20:34

Series 2 for me.
