Calling MNers with Now TV

How do you keep track of what programmes you have saved across all the various options - Now and all the catchup channels etc - without going into each one.

I keep finding shows I have saved, or suddenly remembering xyz, sometimes after it's been deleted.

Is there anything a bit slicker than my sheet of A4 with everything listed?

(ITV is a PITA - the interface is shocking, they don't seem to include everuything AND you can't save programmes)

I use the My Tv option. Saves what I am watching or have watched until I remove it. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the question.

What about the shows you watch on iplayer, ITV, C4, C5 on demand etc?
They don't show in My TV.
