Did anyone else see the first season? I really loved it and am looking forward to binge watching the next season now. I have a DS with an ASC and found the actor playing Sam good at portraying someone with HFA.

Me! I loved it, can't wait to watch it.

Omg! Loved the first series so glad it’s back- adding it to my list right now!

Am currently watching Queer Eye Grin

Have just finished it. Love Zahid.
I hope the actors involved get plaudits and there is a season 3.
I'll come back to discuss when you are caught up but I am still sobbing over Elsa's list of hopes for her son.

The character of Sam reminds me so much of DS2 in so many ways. They even look alike!

Brigette Lundy-Paine is very good too.

chickensaresafehere · 14/09/2018 07:07

Was so happy to see it was back,so watched it all pretty quickly 😊
Love Zahid too,he's such a great friend to Sam & so funny.
I cried at the scene in the aquarium where Elsa listed her hopes for her son & when Paige got really angry about what someone had written in his year book.
Keir Gilchrist I such a good actor.
Looking forward to Season 3!

The bit where the guy who took Sams $700 cheque and pushed him over Sad

Love this show and also love that Doug doesn’t just welcome Elsa back with open arms when things got hard round the house for him. She’s basically a live in nanny!

The bit where the guy who took Sams $700 cheque and pushed him over

I found it quite upsetting that he pretended to be interested in the penguincam to manipulate Sam and extort money, then deliberately smashed Sam's phone screen so Sam wouldn't be able to enjoy the special moment he had been looking forward to for weeks. 😢

The style of bullying reminded me of All Summer in a Day, a short story by Ray Bradbury that I read as a child.
